Why did you join the program?

I joined the program to try to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Due to a high heart rate during pregnancy I had to stop working out and it really affected my mental and physical health. I gained 60 pounds during my pregnancy; I was down 40 when I started program and was able to drop the last 20 on the program.

What is the biggest positive change you’ve noticed?

My whole family is eating together and healthier now that little one is on solids. We had to shift a lot of our habits.

What are you most proud of?

Overcoming being sick twice and traveling for work while mostly sticking with the program and not gaining the weeks I was able to only focus on nutrition and sleep.

Share your journey in 5-6 sentences on how this program has transformed your life?

I have more confidence in blending healthy habits with everyday life. In the past it was all or nothing when it came to working out and challenges. This allowed me to blend it in to my life overall.
