Why did you join the program?

To figure out at my age the proper proportion of foods to eat and nutritional foods needed to fuel my body for the strenuous job that I do. To figure out how to lower my body weight and inches in a safe and healthy way, without just starving myself of food.

What is the biggest positive change you’ve noticed?

Quality of foods and the proportion of the food that I eat is very important. I can eat high quality foods and get a good proportion of them to feel satisfied and full.

What are you most proud of?

Proper food planning and food preparation so that when it came time to eat, I already had good food choices. Decreasing my inches and weight in an educated manner.

Eating the right food and in the proper proportions and being content with the amounts that I had eaten. The discipline of starting the program and sticking with it to the end.

Share your journey in 5-6 sentences on how this program has transformed your life?

I really found that using the macro plan and sticking with it really worked. I was kind of surprised how the inches and pounds kept coming off each week.

I am a UPS driver and really don’t need the workouts because I am very active at work. I get in almost 30k steps per day and squat all day long picking up packages.

But the nutrition from this program really made a difference for me. It gave me a deeper understanding of the importance of what you put into your body can make a huge impact and difference how you feel.

If you could give your past-self a message...

You can eat healthy and nutritious foods in the proper proportion and not starve!! You are only one meal or one day from getting back on track again.

Don’t quit because you failed once, get right back on track. Eliminating mindless eating and drinking is very important.
