Why did you join the program?

I needed to lose some of my late summer weight and get back into a routine, especially with my meal prep. I also had some dress pants that didn’t fit after the summer and needed to get back into them for school.

What is the biggest positive change you’ve noticed?

I am definitely in a better routine as far as my meals go, especially lunch and fewer snacks throughout the day. I am making better choices and seeing results has helped me continue making those choices.

What are you most proud of?

I’m proud of overcoming obstacles in the process. Each week was a challenge and there were good weeks and bad weeks. I am proud for recommitting myself when I got a little off track and realized there are going to be ups and downs.

Share your journey in 5-6 sentences on how this program has transformed your life?

I have found new ways to prep food so that I don’t get bored with it. I have ventured into trying new things for dinner and realized I don’t always need to eat chicken. I like new vegetables and try to eat those first at each meal to feel fuller. I haven’t craved carbs as much, but still get to enjoy them at each meal.

If you could give your past-self a message...

You CAN prep meals successfully and stick to a plan, you just need to have a plan. It’s okay to have a bad day here and there, just don’t let it derail you!
